Obverse description Draped bust of Charles XII facing right, with curled hair falling to the neck, set within a beaded inner circle. The royal effigy is rendered in high relief with finely detailed military dress. The peripheral legend is divided by the bust and reads in Latin around the circumference. The field is smooth and exhibits the characteristic flat finish typical of Swedish ducats of this period.
