Reverse description Central device consisting of the royal cipher of Frederik III, composed of four pairs of interlaced and mirrored 'F' letters arranged symmetrically in the form of a cross, with the numeral '3' at the center. Each arm of the cross is surmounted by a royal crown. A continuous Latin legend surrounds the device along the rim, with the date 1662 and the fleur-de-lis mintmark of Copenhagen appearing at the conclusion of the legend.
