Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Frederick William, Elector of Brandenburg and Duke of Stettin in Pomerania, facing right, rendered in high relief with flowing long hair in the Baroque manner. The effigy displays finely engraved drapery at the truncation. The circular Latin legend runs along the periphery, interrupted by the mintmaster's initials I·H at the base of the bust below the truncation. A raised inner border frames the field.
