| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of Frederik IV facing right, rendered in high relief with long flowing curls falling over the shoulders in the late Baroque style. The king's effigy features a prominent profile with classical drapery and armor visible at the truncation. The circular Latin legend runs along the full periphery of the obverse field, interrupted at the base by the bust truncation. A border of fine toothed denticles frames the design. |
