| Reverse description | Central field displays the Hebrew Tetragrammaton (יהוה, Jehovah) in prominent Hebrew characters, flanked above by the Latin word IUSTUS and below by IUDEX, together forming the devotional inscription meaning 'God is a righteous judge.' The date is divided by a halberd mintmark, with the numerals split to either side, and appears at the bottom or occasionally above the central motif. This so-called Hebræermønt (Hebrew coin) type is distinctive among Danish gold issues for its direct incorporation of the divine name in Hebrew script alongside Latin text. |
