| Reverse description | The reverse presents a richly detailed scene depicting the biblical account of Noah's Ark in high relief. To the left, the robed figure of Noah stands with arms outstretched toward a dove in flight above him, while the massive wooden Ark occupies the central and right portions of the field, set against a stormy sky with engraved rain lines and two blue enamel droplets accentuating the scene. A great multitude of animals — including elephants, lions, giraffes, bears, and numerous others — fills the lower field, converging toward the Ark's gangplank amid floodwaters.
