Additional information

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank issues collector silver on behalf of its eight member territories — Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines — a currency union that has maintained a fixed peg to the US dollar at 2.70 EC dollars since 1976. These bullion-format collector pieces carry nominal face values essentially meaningless against their silver content, issued primarily through third-party distributors for the international numismatic market.

Elizabeth II died in September 2022, making this among the final issues to carry her effigy under ECCB authorization before the transition to Charles III.
