| Obverse description | Rectangular proof field with a mirror-polished background evoking the style of a bridge plaque. The right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II is depicted in high relief at centre, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara with a pearl drop earring visible. Flanking the portrait are two ornate cast-iron lamp posts characteristic of Trinity Bridge, rendered in fine relief.
