| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, diademed and draped, set within an elaborate circular guilloche vignette occupying the left portion of the rectangular Aurum gold note. The denomination numeral '2' appears at upper left within an ornate floral rosette, and a second '1/200 OZ' shield cartouche is positioned at lower left. The legend 'ELIZABETH II' arcs above the portrait, with 'COOK ISLANDS 2022' and 'TWO DOLLARS LEGAL TENDER · 24K · FINE GOLD' inscribed in the central field to the right of the portrait. A unique serial number 'OZ00001' is printed in red below the portrait.
