Obverse description Centered within an open laurel wreath, the right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II is depicted in a mature portrait, diademed and draped, rendered in low relief against a brushed field. The circular legend reads 'EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL BANK' along the upper periphery and 'QUEEN ELIZABETH II TWO DOLLARS' along the lower periphery, with '1 OZ .999 SILVER' inscribed on the left side, all in raised Latin lettering disposed around the inner border.

Reverse description Two flamingos are depicted in elegant silhouette, rendered in a stylised manner against a finely engraved coastal landscape with rippling water in the lower field. The larger bird occupies the centre, its long neck gracefully curved downward toward the water, while a second flamingo stands to the right in profile. The cursive legend 'St. Lucia' appears in script lettering in the upper portion of the field, and the date '2019' is inscribed in the lower exergual area.
