| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, diademed and wearing a necklace, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field. The Czech Mint mark (CM) appears below the portrait, and the engraver's initials IRB are incused beneath the truncation.
