| Obverse description | Right-facing diademed effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, modelled by Ian Rank-Broadley, whose initials IRB appear below the truncation, occupies the central field. A decorative Gothic quatrefoil frame rendered in high relief and selective black enamel surrounds the portrait, creating a striking contrast with the mirror-polished field. The circular legend reads 'NIUE ISLAND' to the left and 'ELIZABETH II' to the right, with '2 DOLLARS' and '2021' distributed in the upper arc. The Czech Mint linden-leaf mintmark appears below the bust, and the fineness and weight specification 'Ag 999 / 31.1 g' is inscribed at the bottom of the obverse. |

| Reverse description | A three-quarter portrait of Saint Agnes of Bohemia (Sv. Anežka), depicted wearing a nun's habit and veil, dominates the left and central field. She holds in her hands a detailed architectural model of the Convent of Saint Agnes, symbolising her founding of the Poor Clares monastery in Prague. A lamb, an attribute of her piety and sainthood, appears to her left in the middle ground. To the lower right, a gold-rimmed circular panel with black enamel background bears the principal inscription in raised lettering. The legend 'SV. ANEŽKA' appears in the upper left field, and the engraver's monogram is visible at the lower left. |
