A monochrome panoramic background features the Palace of Westminster and the Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), with the tower rendered in partial color. The legend DETECTIVE CONAN arcs along the upper right field, with the inscription 20th Anniversary to the left and the denomination $2 at the bottom center.
