| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, wearing a diamond tiara, rendered in high relief against a ruthenium-plated field that features an intricate background design of the Czech Lion's body, claws, and tail extending across the entire coin surface. The portrait, engraved by Ian Rank-Broadley whose initials IRB appear below the truncation, is encircled by the legend reading ELIZABETH II · NIUE ISLAND · 2 DOLLARS · 2021. The CM mint mark appears to the lower right of the effigy within the field. |

| Reverse description | Boldly rendered left-facing bust of the Czech heraldic lion, gold-plated in high relief, wearing an ornate royal crown also finished in gold plating with a cross pattée at its apex. The lion's mane is finely detailed and the overall composition is highly sculptural. A ruthenium-plated sprig of ivy in naturalistic relief occupies the lower field beneath the lion's chin. The legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA arcs along the left border, while the inscription 1oz Ag 999 appears along the right border, separated by a raised inner circle. |
