| Obverse description | The obverse presents a laureate effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, centrally positioned and framed on either side by stylized evergreen laurel branches. A narrow raised band encircles the design, bearing the full inscription legend around the rim. The portrait is rendered in a refined, medallic style consistent with late-reign commemorative coinage. |

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank serves eight member territories — Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines — none of which mint circulating coinage independently. Collector issues like this one are effectively the only physical silver bearing the ECCB's authority, produced under contract rather than at any regional facility.
Issued in 2022, this piece falls within the final months before Elizabeth II's death in September of that year, making it among the last ECCB silver issues struck under her name.
