| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a detailed relief representation of the Cameron Gallery at Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin), Russia, shown in architectural elevation at centre, with a grand staircase and arched entryway below a classical pediment. Flanking the building are two sculpted standing figures on pedestals. The entire composition is framed by elaborate Baroque-style scrollwork and acanthus-leaf ornamental borders filling the fan-shaped field. At the upper apex, a round amber-coloured Swarovski crystal is inlaid within the decorative scrollwork. The engraver's monogram 'S' appears discreetly in the lower central area of the design. |
