| Obverse description | The obverse bears the Public Seal of Niue at center, depicted as a crowned heraldic badge surrounded by an ornate wreath-like border, with two crossed ceremonial spears or arrows beneath and the Niuean motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI inscribed on a scroll below the seal.
