Two crossed sceptres flank the base of the seal. The legend 'PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE' arcs around the upper portion of the seal, with the motto 'ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI' inscribed on a ribbon below. The denomination 'TWO DOLLARS' is inscribed in arched lettering along the upper margin of the rectangular flan, and the year of issue '2023' appears at the bottom. |

| Additional information |
Niue has leveraged its status as a Cook Islands-associated Pacific microstate to become one of the more prolific issuers of licensed character coinage — a revenue arrangement that has little to do with domestic circulation and everything to do with the international collector market. Warner Bros. licensing agreements have made DC characters a recurring feature of this output since the early 2010s.
These pieces are struck to bullion-adjacent specifications but sold strictly as numismatic products; no example has ever entered general circulation in Niue.
