| Obverse description | The obverse of this rectangular silver bar-format coin displays the Public Seal of Niue as the central device, rendered in fine relief and surmounted by a royal crown. The seal itself features a stylised flowering plant within a circular border inscribed with the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE, and is flanked on either side by an ornamental wreath of oval links. Below the seal, two crossed spears or paddles are depicted in saltire, with a scroll bearing the Niuean motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination TWO DOLLARS arcs across the upper field, while the date 2024 appears in the lower field. |
