| Obverse description | Bare-headed right-facing effigy of King Charles III occupies the central field, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and facial features in the antiqued finish. The legend CHARLES III arcs along the upper periphery, while NIUE and TWO DOLLARS appear along the left rim and 2OZ 999 FINE SILVER along the right rim. The date 2023 is inscribed at the base of the coin. The engraver's initials JC appear beneath the truncation of the portrait, attributing the design to Jody Clark. |
