| Obverse description | The obverse is struck in the form of the rear panel of a vintage early-2000s personal computer monitor, rendered in high relief with milled ventilation grilles, port connectors (including a VGA socket and power inlet), and decorative panel elements filling the rectangular field. At centre, a raised circular medallion depicts the Public Seal of Niue: a crowned heraldic badge encircled by a laurel wreath and crossed palm fronds, set against a darkened background, with the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE surrounding the device.
