| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicting a stylised plant within a circular medallion surrounded by a decorative wreath of leaves, surmounted by a royal crown. Two crossed traditional Niuean paddles appear below the seal, with a scroll bearing the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination TWO DOLLARS is inscribed as an arc along the upper legend, and the date 2025 appears in the lower field. |

Niue has issued legal tender collector coins under licensing agreements with Disney since the early 2010s, using its nominal sovereignty to monetize the novelty bullion market — a revenue stream that has little to do with the island's 1,600 residents and everything to do with global collector demand. This piece continues that arrangement under Charles III, whose effigy replaced Elizabeth II on Niue's coinage following her death in September 2022.
