| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, consisting of a circular medallion depicting a stylised flowering plant within a decorative border of traditional Niuean geometric motifs, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked on either side by an ornamental chain of leaf-shaped links. Two crossed ceremonial paddles appear below the seal, supporting a curved ribbon bearing the legend ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination TWO DOLLARS arcs across the upper field, and the date 2023 is inscribed at the base. |
