| Obverse description | The obverse of this surfboard-shaped coin features the Public Seal of Niue rendered in high relief at the lower central field, enclosed within a decorative circular border bearing the legend 'PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE'. Below the seal, crossed anchors and the motto 'ATUA NIUE TUKU LAGI' (meaning 'God, Niue Eternally') are inscribed. The upper portion of the surfboard field depicts a finely engraved oceanic scene with stylized rolling waves and a tropical landscape.
