| Reverse description | The reverse features a bold, close-cropped portrait of the crowned Bohemian lion — the traditional heraldic symbol of the Czech Republic — rendered in striking high relief against a frosted silver field. The lion's crowned head dominates the centre, with a gold-plated diagonal band crossing the field from lower left to upper right, bearing the inscription ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA in two lines on the left.
