| Obverse description | The obverse features a raised circular cartouche set against a textured field of flowing, undulating wave lines evoking the appearance of Beskar steel from the Star Wars universe. Within the cartouche, the Public Seal of Niue is depicted centrally, comprising a palm tree motif enclosed within a wreath and surmounted by a royal crown, with crossed spears below. The denomination legend TWO DOLLARS arcs above the cartouche, while the year of issue appears beneath. Two raised oval tablets in the lower field bear the inscriptions 1 TROY OZ and 999 FINE SILVER respectively, with the Lucasfilm copyright notice positioned along the lower edge. |
