| Obverse description | At the upper center, a small circular medallion contains the right-facing effigy of King Charles III, rendered in a classical engraved style with short hair and a bare neck. The central field features a large domed inlay encapsulating a mixture of gold and silver mineral flakes, creating a shimmering, textured effect reminiscent of crushed ore. An ornate scrollwork border in antiqued silver surrounds the inlay, lending a vintage decorative character to the design. The surrounding legend reads '2 oz Ag 9999' to the left, '2024' and '2 DOLLARS TUVALU' to the upper field, and '· KING CHARLES III ·' along the lower arc, all struck in a darkened antiqued finish. |
