Additional information

Niue's arrangement with the Perth Mint has produced a long-running stream of fractional gold issues nominally denominated in Niue dollars but designed and struck entirely in Australia. This piece belongs to that program — legally a Niue obligation, physically an Australian product, a jurisdictional convenience that suits both parties.
