Obverse description Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic legend disposed within a scalloped or lobed cartouche, characteristic of late Ilkhanid die-cutting conventions. The inscription, rendered in angular naskh script, carries the kalima or royal titulature of Muhammad Khan. A beaded or dotted border frames the outer rim, and the irregular flan edges are typical of hand-struck hammered coinage of the period.

Reverse description Reverse field displays a multi-line Arabic legend arranged in horizontal registers within a plain inner border, surrounded by a circular marginal legend and an outer beaded border. The inscription records the ruler's name and titles along with the mint name Nakhjawan and the date, in accordance with standard Ilkhanid monetary practice. The strike is slightly off-center, consistent with the hand-hammered technique employed at provincial mints of this era.
