Obverse description The crowned Coat of Arms of Andorra is centrally depicted within the bronze centre, surmounted by a royal crown in high relief. The quartered shield displays the traditional Andorran heraldic elements including a mitre and crozier, vertical bars, and a bull. The denomination '2 D' flanks the shield to the left and right respectively. The engraver's name 'Teruggi' appears in the lower field of the bronze centre. A circular legend in the copper-nickel ring reads 'JOAN D.M. BISBE D'URGELL I PRINCEP D'ANDORRA', identifying the co-prince Joan Marti i Alanis in his capacity as Bishop of Urgell.

Reverse description The bronze centre features a finely rendered front-facing portrait of a Pyrenean chamois (Rupicapra pyrenaica), with its distinctive curved horns prominently displayed against a plain field. The animal's head and upper shoulders are depicted in fine relief, conveying a naturalistic artistic style. A small engraver's initial mark is visible in the left field of the bronze centre. The surrounding copper-nickel ring bears the Catalan inscription 'LLOAT · SIGUEU · SENYOR · AMB · TOTES · LES · VOSTRES · CRIATURES · 1984 ·', meaning 'Praised be Lord with all your creatures', with the date 1984 incorporated into the legend at the base.
