Reverse description A large crowned coat of arms displaying the quartered royal arms of Denmark and its territories, encircled by the collar of the Order of the Elephant suspended below the shield. The shield is supported on either side by wildmen (savages) armed with clubs, and a sweeping crowned royal mantle fills the background. The denomination appears in the upper field, while the date is divided by the shield and placed in the lower field.
