| Reverse description | The denomination is displayed in two large Chinese characters, 貳 (two) above 角 (chiao), centered in the field. Flanking the denomination on either side are two gracefully crossed stalks of grain — rendered in high relief with detailed ears of wheat and broad leaves curving downward and outward — meeting at the base where a decorative ribbon bow ties the stalks together. The entire design is contained within an inner beaded border, reflecting the agricultural imagery common to Chinese Republican subsidiary coinage. |
