| Reverse description | Central device comprises the quartered royal coat of arms of Spain, displaying the castles of Castile and the lions of León in the principal quarters, with the fleur-de-lis of the House of Bourbon in pretence and the pomegranate of Granada in base, the whole surmounted by a royal crown. The shield is flanked on either side by an upright olive or laurel branch tied at the base, forming a wreath. The upper legend reads 'REY CONSTL. DE ESPAÑA' and the denomination 'DOS CENTIMOS' is inscribed in two lines at the base of the reverse field. Decorative six-pointed stars separate the inscriptions on either side of the wreath. |
