Obverse description Central field dominated by a stylized royal armillary sphere or crowned device rendered in incuse relief, consisting of a rounded shield-like form surmounted by a crown with three points. The design is bold and schematic, characteristic of Portuguese colonial copper coinage struck at the Goa mint. No peripheral legend is present. The flan is irregular and the surface shows typical casting or hammering texture consistent with mid-16th century colonial production.

Reverse description Central device depicts a tall processional cross or crucifix mounted on a stepped base or altar, rendered in shallow relief. The cross is slender with a small figure at the top, possibly a representation of Christ or a finial ornament. The field is plain and unlettered, with the design occupying the center of an irregularly shaped flan. The workmanship is simple and utilitarian, consistent with base-metal colonial coinage of the Goa mint under King Sebastião.
