Reverse description A detailed three-quarter perspective view of the Council of State building (Dusit Thani Hall), rendered in fine relief, occupying the central and lower field. The structure displays a blend of European neo-classical and traditional Thai architectural elements, with tiered spired roofs, arched colonnades, and ornate gabled porticos. Above the building, a curved Thai-script legend in two lines commemorates the 120th anniversary of the royal advisory institutions, with founding dates in parentheses. Below the building, the denomination '๒ บาท' (2 Baht) is inscribed centrally, flanked by the country name 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand) to the left and the Buddhist Era date 'พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗' (BE 2537 / 1994) to the right.
