A circular legend in Thai script reading '๑๐๐ ปี กระทรวงยุติธรรม วันที่ ๒๕ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕' surrounds the upper portion, commemorating the centenary of the Ministry of Justice on 25 March B.E. 2535.
