| Obverse description | Conjoined busts of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), in uniform with eyeglasses, and King Mongkut (Rama IV) facing right, rendered in high relief against a plain field. The juxtaposition of the two royal effigies commemorates the auspicious alignment of their ages. A Thai-script legend curves along the left and right rims, with a decorative floral ornament at the base between the two inscriptions. |
