Obverse description Central field dominated by the elaborate tughra (imperial cipher) of Sultan Mehmed V, rendered in finely detailed relief with characteristic upswept shafts and interlocking loops. The numeral ٢ (2) appears below the tughra in the lower central field. The entire design is framed by a continuous decorative border of stylized floral scrollwork and rosettes in the Ottoman tradition, encircling the field without any additional legend.
