The Banque des États de l'Afrique Centrale issues a single currency — the CFA franc — across six member states: Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon. Each country receives notes from a shared series but with a distinct letter code identifying the issuing national center; P#303F carries the "F" suffix designating Equatorial Guinea, the only member state where Spanish, not French, is the official language — an oddity that makes its CFA membership historically conspicuous.

The signature run across this seven-year span is unusually stable, with Mamalepot anchoring the left signature throughout the entire series while the right-hand signatory changed only twice.
