Gewerkschaft ver. Constantin der Große was a coal mining cooperative in the Bochum district of the Ruhr, and this 2,000,000 Mark piece is notgeld — emergency money issued by private industrial concerns during the hyperinflation of 1923, when the Reichsmark was collapsing faster than the Reichsdruckerei could print. Mining operations in the Ruhr were paying wages in scrip by mid-1923, partly because obtaining sufficient official currency in large enough denominations to meet weekly payrolls had become operationally impossible.
