| Reverse description | Central vignette consists of a large diamond-shaped guilloche underprint enclosing a full-length figure of a miner in work dress, wearing a Schachtmütze and shouldering a mining tool, set against a background view of the colliery with workers in the foreground. Flanking oval cartouches carry, at left, the interlaced monogram 'SJ' and, at right, the crossed hammer-and-pick mining emblem, both within decorative borders. The issuer's name 'GEWERKSCHAFT SOPHIA-JACOBA, HÜCKELHOVEN' is printed in capitals along the top and bottom margins, with the printer's imprint 'SCHÖTT A.G. RHEYDT' at the foot. |
