| Obverse description | Blue-violet notgeld printed on plain paper, with the denomination numerals '2000000' in bold type at upper left and right corners, flanking a central oval portrait vignette of a bewigged historical figure set within an elaborate foliate guilloche underprint. The large central text area carries the value in Gothic blackletter script reading 'Zwei Millionen Mark' over a fine geometric underprint, below which a serial number in red and a block of small-print text in German detail the conditions of acceptance by the Gemeindekasse Bensberg, dated 'Bensberg, den 10. August 1923'.
