| Obverse description | Central device depicts a detailed frontal view of the minaret of the Great Mosque of Kairouan (Mosque of Uqba ibn Nafi), rendered in high relief with arched colonnades at its base. The commemorative dates '1957' and '1967' flank the minaret in the field to left and right respectively. A bilingual circular legend in Arabic and French arcs around the upper periphery reading the anniversary inscription, while the denomination '10 DINARS' with its Arabic equivalent appears along the lower rim. |
