Reverse description Christ in Majesty (Salvator Mundi) is depicted seated in three-quarter view upon an ornate throne framed by two classical columns with decorated capitals, beneath a decorative canopy or arch, rendered in a bold hammered relief. The figure of Christ is shown with a nimbus, blessing with the right hand and holding the Gospels in the left, in a manner consistent with Byzantine-influenced Venetian ecclesiastical iconography. Two smaller columns with plinths flank the central throne, reinforcing the architectural setting. The Latin legend ·GLORIA· ·TIBI·SOLI· — 'Glory to Thee alone' — encircles the design, a devotional inscription characteristic of Venetian silver coinage of the period.
