Obverse description Latin inscription arranged in two lines across the field, reading INTS CAS / II VIR, referencing the duoviri magistrates responsible for the issue. A wreath or decorative border frames the legend along the upper periphery. The lettering is rendered in a somewhat crude provincial style typical of early Roman colonial bronze coinage from Corinth. The field shows no figural imagery, the entire design being epigraphic in character.
