Reverse description Apollo standing left in full figure, draped, extending his right hand forward holding a patera and supporting a lyre (kithara) with his left arm. A partial civic legend referencing Methymna appears in the field, divided on either side of the deity, reading ΜΑΘΥ or abbreviated civic ethnic letters, consistent with the magistrate issue of Lesbos. The composition reflects the standard Hellenistic type for this Aeolian city.
