Obverse description Detailed proof-struck depiction of the Angkor Wat temple complex, Cambodia, rendered in high relief against a polished mirror field. The iconic three-towered sanctuary is shown in frontal elevation with the grand causeway receding in perspective toward the lower center, where a small gilt effigy of a crowned deity or royal figure is applied. The surrounding legend, divided between the upper and lower rim, reads WONDERS OF THE WORLD at top, ANGKOR WAT to the left, CAMBODIA 2004 to the right, and 1500 NGULTRUM along the lower arc, with the silver fineness mark SILVER 999 inscribed in the lower field.
