The BEAC's "Ten Commandments" bullion series occupies an odd corner of the modern commemorative market — issued under the monetary authority of six Central African nations (Cameroon, CAR, Chad, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon) but produced entirely for collector export, with no meaningful circulation in any of them.
