Reverse description The central device depicts the neo-classical facade of the Allahabad High Court building rendered in detailed relief, rising from the pages of a large open book symbolising law and justice. The building features a prominent pediment, colonnade, and a flagpole at its apex. A bilingual commemorative legend encircles the design along the periphery, with Devanagari script in the upper portion and Latin script in the lower portion. The foundation and commemorative dates 1866–2016 are inscribed in the lower field, and the Mumbai Mint mark appears at the bottom.
