| Obverse description | Central device depicts the Russian state emblem — a double-headed eagle with wings displayed, rendered without crowns or orb and sceptre as used during the transitional post-Soviet period, occupying the mirror-polished field against a deeply frosted background. The Saint Petersburg Mint privy mark appears below the eagle at the base. A beaded inner border frames the central device, separating it from the surrounding legends. The denomination '150 РУБЛЕЙ' is inscribed along the left arc and the date '1994 г.' along the right arc in Cyrillic characters, while 'БАНК РОССИИ' (Bank of Russia) is lettered along the lower arc. The fineness indicator 'Pt 999' and the fine weight '15,55' are inscribed in the lower field flanking the mint mark. |

| Reverse description | The reverse features a finely detailed high-relief depiction of a female ballet dancer captured mid-grand jeté, her body extended diagonally across the field with one leg raised high and both arms gracefully outstretched, dressed in a classical tutu rendered with delicate sculptural precision. The figure is set against a deeply mirrored proof field that accentuates the frosted sculptural relief of the subject. A small stylised tulip or floral device appears in the lower exergual area beneath the dancer. The Cyrillic legend 'РУССКИЙ БАЛЕТ' (Russian Ballet) curves along the left and right periphery of the coin, flanking the central composition. |
